Corrections
Every substantive correction we make is logged here, with the date and what changed.
How we correct
- Substantive errors — a wrong fact, a mis-stated finding, an incorrect evidence label or myth-check verdict — are corrected in the article, marked as corrected, and logged on this page.
- Minor fixes — typos, broken links, formatting — are made without a log entry.
- Changed evidence labels are treated as substantive corrections, because the label is the article’s central claim.
- We do not silently delete. An article that turns out to be wrong is corrected or withdrawn with a note, not quietly removed.
Annual re-review
Separately from corrections, every health-substantive article is re-reviewed once a year: evidence labels re-checked against current literature, safety information updated, broken sources repaired. The “last reviewed” date on each article shows when this last happened.
Monthly DMR audit
Each month a random sample of twenty published articles is re-screened against our DMR Act standards. Anything found is corrected and logged here.

For content that may breach the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act standards described on our compliance page, write to [email protected] — those are treated as urgent.
The log
No corrections have been logged yet. This publication has not yet published editorial articles. Entries will appear here as soon as there is anything to record.
An empty corrections log on an established publication would be a warning sign rather than a good sign — every publication that writes enough gets something wrong. This one is empty because we have not started.
