Medically reviewed Evidence-labelled No supplements sold No cure claims Hindi & English

Natural wellness, honestly explained.

Traditional Indian wellness — checked against evidence, reviewed by credentialed practitioners, and free of the cure claims that fill this corner of the internet.

How We Label Evidence

Every remedy and traditional-practice article carries one of these five labels. They mean the same thing on every page.

Well-studied, benefit supported
Some evidence, limited studies
Traditional practice, little clinical study
Studied and not supported
Potentially unsafe — see cautions

Some Things Need a Doctor, Not a Home Remedy

See a qualified doctor for: chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden vision change, persistent or severe pain, high fever in a child, unexplained weight loss, bleeding that will not stop, any sudden weakness or confusion, and anything that keeps getting worse.

No article on this site is a substitute for seeing a doctor.

Our Medical Reviewers

Every health-substantive article is reviewed before publication.

Medical reviewers have not been appointed yet. Until they are, health-substantive articles cannot be published — the review step is enforced by the publishing system, not by policy alone.
